Privacy Policy
Last updated: this policy applies to MTGpile.
Overview
MTGpile is a static website that publishes Magic: The Gathering tournament results and analytics. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect personal information such as your name or email address.
Information we collect
The site itself stores no personal data. Our web server may keep standard access logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability, as nearly all web servers do. Third-party services we embed (see below) may collect data under their own policies.
Advertising
We may display ads served by Google AdSense, a third-party advertising service.
- Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
- You can also opt out of third-party vendor cookies for personalized advertising at aboutads.info.
- For more on how Google uses data, see Google's advertising policies.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you will be asked for consent regarding the use of cookies for advertising before personalized ads are shown.
Third-party content
Card images are served from Scryfall, and some pages load assets from public CDNs. These providers may receive your IP address as a normal part of serving content.
Cookies
Aside from advertising cookies described above, this site does not set its own tracking cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will continue to work.
Your consent (EEA / UK)
If you visit from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, advertising and analytics cookies are disabled by default until you give consent. We use Google Consent Mode together with a consent banner shown on your first visit. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the site footer. Under the GDPR you also have the right to access, correct, or erase any personal data held about you — though, as noted above, this site does not collect personal data itself; ad-related data is controlled by Google under its own policies.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
